Austin serves as our dedicated Foreman, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to our team. In his role, Austin is responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. His certification in OSHA-30 makes his safety skills a viable part of this team. He coordinates with various teams, manages resources, and addresses any issues that arise during the construction process. With his strong organizational skills and hands-on approach, Austin ensures that work progresses smoothly and meets all deadlines. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Dailea, and their daughter, Lainey.
