I was extremely pleased with the response time, quality of work, clean-up, professionalism, and transparency of all involved. Bryson talked me through everything at the beginning, and communicated thoroughly throughout.
The final price did seem high to me at first, but their sales rep Jarod talked me through what all is involved and helped me understand why it was a fair price. I did some further research of my own and came to the conclusion that, all things considered, we actually got a pretty good deal. I honestly can't remember if Bryson gave me an estimate before they did the work (it was an emergency safety issue and I was in a bit of a panic), but I must assume, given their professional approach and excellent communication throughout, they must have and I just didn't process it.
I would also add that their crews contain certified arborists and that they invest heavily in training their employees to ensure they all carry out safe, efficient operations even in the most challenging circumstances.
Again, this all was taken care of in less than 36 hours. They neatly staged the scraps/brush out of the way, and removed it a short time later. Which, on light of the major storms in the area, was noteworthy.
Jarod showed great care for me as a customer in response to my questions about pricing, demonstrating that customer satisfaction and quality service are something they genuinely prioritize.
